Vizcaya Black Rum
OUR SPICED ELIXIR
Vizcaya Black Rum opens with a nose of orange blossom and Demerara sugar.
On the palate, notes of dark chocolate and butter croissant are layered with roasted coffee bean, Medjool dates, cinnamon bark, clove, and nutmeg. A hint of fennel pollen and fresh-cut herbs emerges just before the finish, adding dimension and balance.
The finish is bold and grounded, with a distinct note of crystallized ginger.
